BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is rolling out online upgrades that will make it easier for members to find the health care they need with the convenience they want.

Soon members will be able to access new, user-friendly features through the Find Care link on www.SouthCarolinaBlues.com and through My Health Toolkit® — both the desktop site and the mobile app.

This roll out of new enhancements will be staggered throughout the month of February and may not be available to all users at the same time.

New enhancements will include: 

• An easier-to-use guided search option
• Improved sorting to highlight quality health care providers and facilities
• The option to save preferred providers
• A checklist of recommended health actions
• Information on the availability of telehealth services
• Bilingual support (Spanish)
