Medicare Supplement members who purchased their plans June 2010 and after are now eligible for our household discount if he or she resides at the same address as another BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina or BlueChoice® HealthPlan member.This includes all current Medicare Supplement, Affordable Care Act (ACA), Medicare Advantage, small group, large group, Medicaid and State plan holders.

For new enrollments, you can enter the household member’s BlueCross or BlueChoice® ID card number in the “Medicare Number of the Eligible Member” field on SalesConnect or paper application. The language relating to eligibility will change on SalesConnect during the October refresh.

For enrollments already submitted, your client can fill out the Medicare Supplement Expanded Household Discount Form and return by:
