The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has extended Open Enrollment for individuals shopping for a 2020 Affordable Care Act (ACA) plan, with a subsidy, until Dec. 18, 2019 at 3 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). 

You can log into My Business Manager, click on shopping with a subsidy, and quote and enroll your clients for a January 1, 2020 effective date. 

Don't forget, individuals who purchased a health insurance plan with an effective date of Jan. 1, 2020, have until 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31, to submit payment for their first month’s premium.
