The agent hotline is now open and ready for you! You can speak with an award winning, knowledgeable and friendly customer service advocate who is ready to answer all of your questions. 

What's new with the agent hotline

Along with 2021 ACA Open Enrollment, the hotline now services Over 65 Medicare Supplement and Under 65 Legacy questions!

Hours of operation

Hotline hours of operation are Monday through Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 

THIS WEEKEND ONLY - The agent hotline is open - Oct. 31 & Nov. 1 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Open enrollment extended hours of operation

Hotline hours have been extended for the last four days of Open Enrollment. 

Dec. 12 & 13 - 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Dec. 14 & 15 - 8:30 a.m. – 9 p.m.

We will also have customer service advocates available on Jan. 1, 2021 from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
