Medical loss ratio (MLR) surveys were sent to group leaders in March and again earlier this month. We still have some groups that have not completed them. The surveys help us determine which groups may qualify for rebates*. Group leaders will continue to get reminders about the survey each month until it is complete. In the meantime, we ask for your help in reaching out to your groups to see if they need any help with their survey. 

Completed surveys can be returned by:
